"CREATIVE ENERGY"
In planning this new exhibition, as
always, I like to envisage it in terms
of strength and variety. Just as
individual artists follow their own path
of infinite stimuli and impulses to
arrive at a good conclusion, I too, as
an organizer and curator, must give
birth to a strong and harmonic result.
My objective is to channel the varying
creative forces into a cohesive whole -
where, in spite of the great differences
in individual artistic achievement, each
work of art is enhanced by its
surroundings.

"Little Treasures / Piccoli
Gioielli"
Once again, from my great blossoming
tree of art, I have harvested an array
of delicate petals. These are happily
gathered and proudly presented to you as
our second exhibition of ‘Little
Treasures’. I would like to thank all of
the artists who have contributed such
exquisite creations to this very special
exhibition.

"Trevisan International Art at
‘Art Melbourne’ Australia"
Through the Australian artists that
I have had the pleasure to work with, I
have learned that Australia is a great
young country that is open to all levels
of art. They were right - I am extremely
happy that I made the decision to join
this great event. It has proved a very
important step for me in that it gives
me confidence and opens up all sorts of
international possibilities for the
future.. ..

"IMAGINARY JOURNEYS"
As a curator who is passionate about
contemporary art in particular, I firmly
believe that the emotional and intuitive
component of an artwork - as well as the
approach to it - has an extraordinary
power and that it is always the main
element in the artistic panorama where
imagination plays a vital role. Indeed,
it is the very spring into which artists
dip in order to pursue an absorbing
journey on which images and imaginations
appear; and these, stirred by dreams,
fantasies and hazy memories but also by
a perception of the dimension of reality,
come to be transferred on to the canvas
through the creative impulse.

"Traces of Memory"
"Traces of Memory" is an
acknowledgement and homage to the city of
Ferrara and, at the same time, an
invitation to artists to relate,
consciously and unconsciously, their own 'sense
of
history'. I am confident that each artist
expresses, through his or her own heart
and mind, a strong and magical
interpretation of this theme. "Traces of
Memory" brought together a vibrant
interchange of artistic emotions.

“Little Treasures”
I am proud to present to you these
‘Little Treasures’. They are the results
of our intense search through the magical
and spiritual domains of our existence.
Excavated with deepest thought and care,
they are the polished jewels from each
artist’s heart. Every gem is a fresh and
spontaneous idea before it grows into
something weightier - the rare pearl
discovered deep within the luscious oyster. .....

“Spirit. The Spirit in Art”
Thanks to several and lively
discussion with some artists I have the
pleasure to work with and to exchange
ideas regarding the wonderful and complex
art world, I realized how fundamental is
the spiritual dimension in the
contemporary artistic panorama. In spite
of apparences and in spite what we daily
see published in specialized art magazines
and exhibited at the most important art
fairs, contemporarian artists are
intimately related to the spiritual sphere,
firmly believing in the the spirituality
power .....

MAGIC – THE
MAGIC PATHS OF ART
Magic: at first this theme could
appear obsolete and out of style,
yet the Magic and Esoteric is an
important element in the Arts as
well as in our daily life, since we
cannot separate Art and Life. ...

HORIZONS
It is in the spiritual nature of
artists to dislike limits. Their
talents and sensibility prevent
their conditioning by the norms of
society, permitting their eyes and
art to go beyond any border. They
move forward into the known and
unknown, testing the horizons of
real and unreal, ending and unending,
visible and invisible.. .. ..

The power
of colours, of shapes, of sensations,
of suggestions and of perfumes
belongs to landscape, to Nature.
Sometimes it is fascinating other
times is restless, threatening other
times, emerges and wraps us
overwhelming to stimulate our senses.
The Landscape, always
changeable and rich of infinity
shades. It reveals itself in its
whole truth and power to those
artists who daily paint it, showing
unlimited faceting and
interpretation. ...

Perhaps there
still a respect in which "Emotions
in Motion" would not completely
obsolete as a title for an art
Exhibition. Art is very much
conceptual and too often seems to be
absorbed in a constant search for
empty and vacuous provocations. Yet
it is still capable of exploring the
purely pictorial, emotional, and
introspective dimensions of
aesthetic experience.
Luckily we have not yet reached the
round zero of art, as Jean
Baudrillard predicted, even though,
sadly, very much of his pessimistic
prediction has already turned into
reality. Yet there are many artists
today who still feel the need to
dirty the canvas and to pour the
burden of their emotions upon it, to
express those feelings and moods
they experience during the act of
painting and as well as those which
constantly flow though them. ...
